Depending on workloads we will often follow up each customer with a phone call or text message a few days after the work has been completed to check if they still happy. Our service guarantee provides that we will attend to any issues promptly if and when notified.
Making unfavorable reviews would therefore be considered unfair and unreasonable if the business was not duly advised or given the opportunity to complete the work initiated.
For example; stain removal cannot always be guaranteed to produce 100% removal. This can be due to prior treatment by others, make up of spill, length of time it has been curing and the reaction upon the fabric or textile substrate. But rarely will it be because we didn’t consider or understand the chemistry. In any case, customers are advised by our Technician that stain removal may require a two step treatment since a damp fabric after treatment, may not show the results until completely dry. So we ask our customers to advise of results on all initial stain treatments and appreciate when they call regardless of whether we have to return for a second time, since this is standard practice with our business.
All reviews you see online will be organic, meaning, we don’t solicit customers for their review. Only if customers appear to seek an outlet for having their expectations surpassed, do we suggest making a comment on Google.com.au or ProductReview.com.au.
Since most customers come by referral and repeat business, we don’t rely on online reviews. We are also aware of the fact that some businesses use fake reviews to keep their ratings up, or of the risk that some businesses are attacked by their competitors using anonymous or fictitious names posting negative reviews.
For these reasons, it is unlikely visitors to our business will find any negative reviews that are either genuine or truthful. We will always post a reply to genuine customer reviews once we become aware of it, and we continue to attend to all customer concerns promptly and courteously should they arise.
